MISSION STATEMENT
Create a compassionate and encouraging environment for our congregation and the neighboring communities while promoting decisions that insure good health and well being. Provide programs, training and testing for interested individuals that support a healthy lifestyle.

OUR GOALS

  • Support all church auxiliaries when needed
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations
  • Provide the congregation with the latest facts about health related topics and make them available on the website
  • Insure appropriate health personnel are available at church services, funerals and other church activities

In times like these, every dollar counts! A fast and effortless way to save money is to determine if you or your loved ones could be eligible for Extra Help benefits offered by Social Security. Social Security and the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services continue to work together to get you extra help with your prescription drug costs. If you current receive Medicare and you have limited income and resources, you may be able to get help paying for your monthly premiums, annual deductibles and prescription co-payments under the Medicare prescription drug program.
